Catalytic Conversations & Embodied Explorations
Life flourishes and thrives when given the right conditions.
It doesn't need to be forced.
It needs to be supported.
Hi, I'm Ella Daly.
It's nice to virtually meet you.
I'm endlessly curious about all things wellness, science, the experience of being a human body, movement, food, spirituality, relationships, and what it means to be fully alive.
My curiosity has shaped who I am and everything I do.
My favorite conversations usually happen over tea or on a nature walk. You'll often find me barefoot on the shoreline or swimming in salt water. Oceans, mountains, and forests have been some of my greatest teachers.
My relationship with movement started early. I've danced in studios, and lots of other places, since age three. My love of embodiment led me to holistic health, yoga (I've been an E-RYT since my first teacher training in 2004), flow arts, therapeutic touch, applied neuroscience, and contemplative inquiry.
I’ve steeped in many modalities of healing arts; I'm a lifelong, enthusiastic student. One major turning point in my life was in 2010 when I studied Awareness-Oriented Structural Integration at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork on Kaua'i. I recently completed certifications with the Flow Coaching Institute and Tune Up Fitness.
Alongside that path, I built a parallel one in science. I earned a master's degree in biological sciences, spent much of my twenties teaching human anatomy & physiology, fitness, and strength training, and spent the rest of that decade working as a plant ecologist with The Nature Conservancy. I also had a few wild, formative seasons growing food in the farm and garden at Esalen, which taught me more about patience, people, and life than any other classroom.
The many paths of my journey converge in the same inquiry:
What allows people,
and all living systems,
to truly flourish & thrive?
I don't believe your body, your heart, or your mind are problems to solve.
I believe every layer of you is imbued with an extraordinary intelligence.
When we slow down, become curious, and listen deeply, something remarkable happens.
As we tune in and create the conditions for the qualities we are seeking, many of them naturally emerge.
Transformation isn't something you force.
It's something you cultivate and dance through, if you so choose.
I'd love to connect with you and explore what’s possible together.
